The best dim sum and dumplings I've ever eaten.
I found this place by accident. Outside, it looked small and unassuming, and inside looked a bit tight (though I think there was more space in the back for large groups). However, it was quite clean and the staff were accommodating. There was also always people inside the two times I came in. But the really big draw of this place is the food.
I tried their Xiaolongbao Dumplings and their Dumpling Platter which had an assortment of the dumplings they offered, each served in steamer baskets. All the dumplings were delicious! I'd recommend the Xiaolongbao most of all. The first bite revealed it was surprisingly very juicy which was a pleasant tasty surprise. They also serve vegan dumplings, which were included in the dumpling platter, and they were very good as well!
Fitting the name of a Dumpling Bar, they had a complete set of sauces for you to mix and match to your preference. Their dumpling dipping sauce/chili oil in particular was delicious and just the right amount of spicy yet savory.
Their Beef Wonton Soup was savory and filling and the pieces of beef inside were so soft and tasty. The steamed fried rice gave to me a very authentic Chinese flavor, which matched the Chinese tableware which everything was served in.
Their Cucumber Lemonade is also notable for its low price and how good it tasted. It served as a perfect compliment to the usually oily Chinese food. Their water also tasted faintly of cucumber.
Finally, the prices of the dishes in Caitlyn's Dumpling Barprice are affordable yet the portions are large enough to make you feel full! It takes about five to ten minutes for them to bring out the food but it's understandable when everything was served hot. I left with a content stomach each time.
I see myself coming back to this place in the future and wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone who likes dumplings or dim sum.
Great place. Good food, best dumpling ive ever taste. Value for the price . The xiao lon dimsum, hakao and wonton spicy noodles are the best! Also try their matcha green bochi its also taste good . :)

The best Dimsum place in the Metro. Nice and quiet dining but with quality food. Friendly and accommodating staff and owner.
